Last year's Shaping the Future Day explored bold scenarios to anticipate how changes in our context might impact our company – and we examined Swiss Life’s strengths and vulnerabilities in each context. The pace of change is such that elements of those imagined futures are already becoming reality.
At the start of this year, we launched our new corporate strategy, SL27, a strategy designed to strengthen our resilience and ensure continuity. But as we all know, continuity doesn’t mean standing still. It requires constant evolution – especially in times when not only technological progress is accelerating, but the world order as we’ve long known is being called into question.
That’s why this year’s Shaping the Future Day puts transformation at the center.
